Hello!

My name is Tanuja, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about helping adult individuals, and couples learn how to heal from breaks in attachment and early relational experiences, to better understand and initiate positive change in the present.

I also have extensive experience working with children ages 6-10, as well as parents and families. I offer play therapy, including access to sand tray therapy interventions, and am a big proponent of incorporating parent engagement for maximum success.

I enjoy working with children struggling with anxiety, social or emotional challenges, relationship conflict, and also adults seeking to heal from parental attachment trauma. I have experience supporting women experience challenges in early adulthood, as well as those undergoing life transitions such as becoming new parents. I offer experience in many other areas of focus as well.

My approach is collaborative, supportive and compassionate; together we will work to develop greater understanding to help you take the necessary steps towards change.
